She was predeceased by: her child Stevielynn Sieczkarski; and her father Leonard Kornacki. She is survived by: her husband John W. Herbert, Sr.; her children, Scott Kramer, Joseph Kramer, Andrew Sieczkarski, Amanda Logan (Evan), Amber Davies (William), Jacob Sieczkarski (Brittany), Alexander Salomon and James Herbert (Alicia); her mother Sara Kornacki; and her siblings, Tabitha, Carrie, Julie, Terri, Paulene, Paul, Thomas, Daniel and Lonnie. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lombardo Funeral Home (Southtowns Chapel) (3060 Abbott Rd, Orchard Park, NY 14127).
