He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Catanzaro and Mae Catanzaro; and his brother John Catanzaro. He is survived by: his wife Nancy A. Catanzaro; his children, Roger Catanzaro (Karen) and Michelle Hemphill (David); his grandsons, Michael "Sam" Hemphill and Jacob Story; his sisters, Carol Morris (Donald) and Barbara Fasolino (Louie); and his sibling-in-law Joette Ciocca. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Michael's name to Hospice Foundation.
