He is survived by: his wife Linda Lynett; his children, Kerry Johnston (Peter), Kelly McEachon (Brian) and Matthew Lynett (Kate); his grandchildren, Trevor, Sydney, Kassidy, Roger, Sophie and Piper; his siblings, Kathy Lintner (Bill), Mary Beth Malmshiner (Bob) and Leo Lynett (Marge); and his aunt Sue White. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
