He was predeceased by: his father John Bihr. He is survived by: his mother Mary; his sons, Justin and John Bihr; his siblings, Gretchen M. Mullen (Thomas) and John C. Bihr (Penny); and his close friend Julie Grekulak. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
