She was predeceased by: her spouse Kendall J. "Denny" Atkinson; her grandchild Ryan McMahon; her siblings, James Ryan (late June), Kathleen Vantine (William) and Margaret Dougherty (late John); and her brothers-in-law, Trevor (late Julia) and Douglas Atkinson (late Nancy).
She is survived by: her children, Barbara J. Coleman (Michael), Thomas K. Atkinson (Susan), Judith Miller (Christopher), Janice Atkinson-Smith (Charles), James A. Atkinson (Melissa) and Peter J. Atkinson (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Erin Cummins (Gary), Paul Coleman (Jennifer), Kevin Atkinson (Eden), Megan Bertucci (Eric), Sean, Allison, Kendall, Trevor Smith, Andrew Atkinson, Jack Atkinson (Jaclyn), William Atkinson (Shannon Nichols), Peter, Claire and Sam Atkinson; and her great grandchildren, Sadie, Lyla Cummins, Emma Coleman, Kendall Ro and Reese Bertucci. She is also survived by loving many nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Nativity of Our Lord Church (26 Thorn Ave, Orchard Park, NY 14127).
