She was predeceased by: her father James Smith; and her sister Michelle. She is survived by: her husband Timothy Hayes; her daughters, Elizabeth Goodman (Joshua) and April Sroka (Raymond); her grandchildren, Thomas, Katherine, Anna, Eleanor, Margaret and James; her mother Ruth Smith (Bull); and her sisters, Susan Pappas (late Thomas) and Roberta Freedenberg (Donald). She is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
