It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Korbinian Sedlmeier of Orchard Park, New York, who passed away on February 20, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Katharina Sedlmeier (Burg); his children, Edward (Darcie), Norman (Patricia) and Carol Duchmann (James); his grandchildren, Sean, Christopher, Brett, Brandon, Tyler, Brittany, Kristin and Adam; his parents, Joseph Sedlmeier and Magdalena Sedlmeier; his sisters, Gabrielle and Hilde; and also, Arna, Alfriede, Analiese and Mary. He was also cherished by six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the James W. Cannan Funeral Home (3155 Orchard Park Rd, Orchard Park, NY 14127). A Mass will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Bernadette's Church (5390 S Abbott Rd, Hamburg, NY 14075).
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Erie County SPCA and/or Hospice Buffalo.
