He was predeceased by: his spouse Lovey Parker; his parents, Henry and Adrian Parker, Sr.; and his brothers, Henry F. Parker Jr. and Jeffrey Parker.
He is survived by: his children, T'Sheila Powell (Larry), Cynette Parker and Cletus Wilkes; and his siblings, William Parker, Marshall Parker (Patricia), Gordon Henry, Eunice Taylor, Timothy Parker, Kenneth Parker, Benjamin Parker, Charles Parker (Suprena) and Randy Parker.
