She is survived by: her grandchildren, Amy Chase (Jim), Derek Chase, Marky Weinstein (Ashley) and Tank; her friends, Rose, John, Joyce, MaryBeth, Chris, Mary, Jim, Peter, Pat, Sue and Donna; and her son Mark Weinstein.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice Care of Buffalo.
