She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard Michalak. She is survived by: her sons, Vincent (Mary) and Mark Michalak (Lisa); her grandchildren, Vincent Jr., Ashley, Sarah, Rebecca, Michelle and Mark Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Mackenna, Ava and Carter.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Helena's honor may be made to Hospice Care of Buffalo.
