She was predeceased by: her husband Frank L. Gurzynski; and her parents, Frank Fronczak and Helen Fronczak (Paprocki). She is survived by: her daughter Judith Kuzan; her grandchildren, Noel K. Gallagher and Christian Kuzan; and her great grandchildren, Benjamin Gallagher and Haley Kelly (Dylan).
