As Frank departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Frank may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Frank leaves behind.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife S. Jane Cappellino (Whalen); his children, Linda A. Donohue (John), Steven D. (Shari), Gary J. (Mary Anne), Thomas A., Suzanne M. Smeak (Douglas) and Sharon E. Vincent (Ronald); and his sister Angie Frank. He was also cherished by 16 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
