He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis P. Sr. Taylor and Ellen Taylor; and his brother Kevin Taylor. He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas Taylor (Janie), Gerard Taylor (Kathy), Ann Marie Kita, Mary Ellen Stebbins and Cathrine Schmigiel (Frank). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
