He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert H. Puckhaber and Patricia Puckhaber (Cunningham); his daughter Elise; and his siblings, Louise (late Richard) and Robert M. Puckhaber.
He is survived by: his sons, Joseph (Sue) and Luke; and his siblings, Paulette Saxbury, Kathleen (late Jack), Donohue, Lee, Patrick, Margaret (Dennis Ledwon), Chadwick, Mary Trevett, Mark (Debra), Kelly Chadwick and Kevin Puckhaber. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
Friends may call, Thursday from 3-8 PM at the JAMES, W. CANNAN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 3155 Orchard Park Rd. In lieu, of flowers, donations may be made, to Roswell Park in memory of Elise, Puckhaber.
