With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dennis P. McCormick of Orchard Park, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 4, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Sr. McCormick and Jean McCormick (Songer); his brother Douglas (Sharon); and his parents-in-law, Bruce and Marie Gould.
He is survived by: his wife Lynne McCormick (Gould); his children, Bryan, Eileen Messing (Matthew), Dennis G. (Jennifer) and Sarah Swartz (Christopher); his grandchildren, Xavier, Matthew, Makayla, Landon, Rowen, Emmett and Hunter; his siblings, Donald Jr. (Lorna), Jeannie Underhill (Mark), David (Mary), Colleen McCormick, Kathleen Kobis (Michael), Darren (Carolanne), Molly Weitz (Christopher) and Dale McCormick (Catherine); and his siblings-in-law, Jimmy (Judy), Kathleen Gould, Colleen Mikula (Jim), Gregory (Tami) and Mary Ellen Gould (Tonya). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the James W. Cannan Funeral Home (3155 Orchard Park Rd, Orchard Park, NY 14127). A Mass was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Queen of Heaven Church (4220 Seneca St, West Seneca, NY 14224).
