Van Horn, Kimberly M. Kucia (Michael), Michelle M. Van Horn and Melissa E. Henderson (Matthew); her grandchildren, Kristen Kamilow, Ryan DeLeon, Ethan Van Horn, Evelyn Eicher, Dayna Kucia and Nathan DeLeon; and her great grandchildren, Jada, Jayana, Brayden, Brycen, Abel and Cara. She is also survived by friends and family.
