He is survived by: his children, Casey, Marie and Richard Slimak; his grandchildren, Christian, Jordan, Alexander, Joseph, Alexis and Alyssa; his brother Stanley Slimak (Nancy); and his nephew Christopher Slimak. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
