He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald 'Bughead' and Debbie Smith (Shine). He is survived by: his siblings, Maureen Leonard (Gregg), Daniel Smith and Christopher Smith; his nieces and nephews, Madison, Brynn and Cole; and his aunts and uncles, Ron and Jean Hoier. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
