She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kinney and Adah Kinney; her husbands, Robert Conover and Charles "Wes" Simmons, III; and her granddaughter Ariel Rotter.
She is survived by: her daughters, Robin Conover, Sara Simmons (Chris Rotter) and Emily K. Henry (Jerry); and her stepchildren, Anne Pohlman (Daryll Claus), David Simmons (Louise), Chuck Simmons (Laura) and Trish Baratta (Tony). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church or the Hunter's Hope Foundation.
