She was predeceased by: her husband Peter S. Swartwout. She is survived by: her children, Peter S. Jr. (Sandra), Karin A. Connerton (John), Debra L. Padden (Brian) and Kristen M. McConkey (Joseph); her grandchildren, Justin, Kellyn (Patrick), Jacob (Rachael), Jeremy (Rachael), Zachary, Julia, Katherine and Sean; her great grandchildren, Holden, Nolan, Caleb and Lucas; and her siblings, Barbara Kielty (late Eugene), Thomas Schmitt (Beverly) and Jerome Schmitt (Jane). She is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Ann's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
