She was predeceased by: her son Alan Kostelny; and her siblings, Frank Malczewski (late Mary) and Eleanore Pauley (late Bill). She is survived by: her husband Leonard Kostelny; her children, Lenny (Kelly) and Lori Eanniello (Michael); and her grandchildren, Rachel, Katie Kostelny, Colin and Matthew Eanniello. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
