He was predeceased by: his father John Donnelly II. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Donnelly; his wife Laura; his children, Thomas, Jillian, Fiona and Nora; his mother-in-law Laura; his siblings, Jeanne Hanley, Edward Donnelly, John Donnelly III and Raymond Donnelly; his parents-in-law, Anna Pavlovic and Zeljko Pavlovic; and his sisters, Melissa Donnelly, Stacy Donnelly, Kristina Donnelly (Steve Hanley) and Emili (Leon Michon). He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Becker Funeral Home (219 Kinderkamack Rd, Westwood, NJ 07675). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Aedan R. C. Church (23 Reld Dr, Pearl River, NY 10965).
