She is survived by: her children, Samantha, Allen Joseph, Holly and Ryan Clements; her parents, Larry Johnson and Joyce Johnson; her grandchildren, Emily, Gracie, Greyson and Aleister; her brother Rich Johnson (Debby); and her niece Leann Johnson.
