It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Foy (Ontario, New York), who passed away on February 13, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Stephen J. Foy and Linda A. Fennell (Foy); his granddaughter Courtney A. Fennell; and his siblings, Jack and Kay.
