He is survived by: his wife Evelyn; his children, Timothy (Susan), Andrew (Jenny), Karen King (Larry) and Cheryl Ullman (Noah); his grandchildren, Nicholas Entingh, Rebekah Everson (Issac), Sarah, Esther, Miriam, Emily Entingh, Sadie and Caleb Ullman; his siblings, Henry (Lillian), Daniel (Meredith), Janice Dykgraaf (Dave) and Thomas Entingh; and his sister-in-law Ingrid Entingh.
