She is survived by: her husband John Lukash, Jr.; her children, John Lukash (Lynn), Tamara Vulaj (Paul), Lori Lukash, Michael Lukash and Wayne Lukash (Christen); and her sisters, Marilyn Johnston and Mary Ellen Conner. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
