He is survived by: his children, Jackie Monahan and Patrick Monahan (Cynthia); and his grandchildren, Nicholas Monahan, Kristin Echter (Robert), Heather Monahan and Eric Monahan. He is also survived by great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews, and close friends.
