He is survived by: his wife Kelly; his son Alex; his parents, Diane Iacona (Jack Lawrence) and Mike Iacona; his sister Rene Davis (Chris Galbreath); his niece Emily Davis; and his nephew Ricky Davis. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of a donation to a fund that is being established for John's son Alex.
