He was predeceased by: his daughter-in-law Marcia Ann Fowler. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Fowler (Ginny); his son John D. Fowler (JD); his granddaughters, Chloe, Morgan and Olivia Fowler; and his siblings, Joanne Ames, James Fowler, Judy Luitweiler (David), Robert and Cyndi Fowler. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
