She was predeceased by: her parents, Elton Mosher and Edna Mosher (Richard Peets); and her siblings, Robert Johnson, Beverly Doell and Dorothy Marks.
She is survived by: her husband Richard; her children, Rick Peets (Kathleen) and Sandee York (Charlie); her grandchildren, Jaclynn, Danielle Peets, Taylor Grebliunas and Corey York (Livia); and her siblings, Mary Anne Leach (Al), Florence Huff and Elton Mosher. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, Godsons, Goddaughters, and special friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the Wayne County Humane Society, 1475 Country House Road, Lyons, NY 14489, an organization Joann felt strongly about.
