We are sad to announce that on March 31, 2020, at the age of 91, Henry Pencik Sr. (Ontario, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jan Pencik and Anezka Pencikova; his brother Jan Pencik; and his niece Barbara Pencik-Carrier. He is survived by: his son Henry Pencik; and his daughter-in-law Mary Jo Pencik.

As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations can be made in his name to the Canadian Cancer Society.
