He was predeceased by: his father Augustine; and his grandparents, Earl and Lessie Dietrich. He is survived by: his wife Kara; his children, Christina Cross, Joseph Zaso (Ashley) and Gus Zaso, Jr.; his grandchildren, Elliott, Henry, Olivia and Collins; his mother Barbara Zaso; his siblings, John Zaso (Mickey), Cheryl Dean (Robert), Mark Zaso and Jamie Zaso; and his pet Rosey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, extended family, many friends.
