He was predeceased by: his parents, John Connolly and Ruth Connolly; his sons, Patrick "Pat" and Thomas "Tom"; his brother Bruce; and his sister-in-law Patricia.
He is survived by: his sons, Timothy and Rory Connolly; his grandchildren, Coty, Kayla, Destiny and Braelyn Connolly; and his great grandchild Maverick Connolly. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
