Frederick W. Bouchard Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick W. Bouchard of Ontario, New York, who passed away on March 15, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Ann; and his son Phillip Bouchard. He is survived by: his brother Joseph Bouchard; his daughters, Gwen DeBack and Kim Wilcox (Bill); his grandchildren, Chris DeBack (Megan), Kolby Bouchard (Katie), Trish Reiber (Bryan) and Brittny Petricevic (Vlad); and his great grandchildren, Layla, Madelyn Bouchard, Paisley Reiber, Luka and Landon Petricevic. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
