He is survived by: his wife Regina; his children, Tom (Karen), Jeffrey (Meredith), J. Scott and Teresa Meyn; his grandchildren, Kristen, Brett, Adam, Joshua, Kristy, Matthew, Jennifer, Erika, Chelsea (John) and Ryan; his great grandchildren, Hayden, David, Nolan and Owen; and his sister Charlotte Evans. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
