He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Urbanik and Mary Urbanik; and his siblings, Frank, Marty, Richard and Gerald.
He is survived by: his sisters, Bonnie Bolton (Gordon) and Nancy Manuse (Robert); his nieces, Carrie Alloco (Tom), Laurie Bolton and Kathy Manuse; his nephew Robert Manuse, Jr.; and his pets, Blu, Harley, Champ and Daisy Eugene. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Murphy Funeral & Cremation Ontario Chapel (1961 Ridge Rd, Ontario, NY 14519).
