She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Johnstone (Alan); her grandchildren, Cassandra Osborne (Paul), Alan Johnstone, Jr. and Brent Johnstone; her great grandchildren, Brittany Gefell (Sean), Garrett (Caitlyn Wicks), Michaela and Sara Johnstone; and her great great grandchild Anndi Rae Gefell. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
