He was predeceased by: his father Jack Geldof. He is survived by: his wife Alice; his children, Keith Geldof (Raechel Alwardt), Kevin Geldof (Katrina Tellier), Ashley Geldof (Joe Burkhart) and Chris Duchnievich; his grandchildren, Landen, Aidan, Madison, Trevor, Evangeline, Alivia and Bryson; his mother Elaine Geldof; and his siblings, Bruce Geldof and Yvonne English (Rich). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Rochester Regional Hospice Care, 800 West Miller St., Suite 6, Newark, NY 14513.
