She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto R. Jurgens and Myrtle E. Jurgens (Knight); her former husband George Balogh; her husband Donald K. Rafuse; her half-brother Otto Jurgens; and her brothers, Tommy, Robert, James, William and John Jurgens.
She is survived by: her siblings, Ralph Jurgens (Anne) and Judy Trestyn; her daughters, Deborah M. Kosche (Ralph), Carol Ann Freeman (William) and Lynda J. Mitchell; her grandchildren, Joel A. Freeman (Margaret) and Laura B. Horton; and her great grandchildren, Lucas, Lily, Lena Horton, Adele, Calvin and Everett Freeman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
