She was predeceased by: her mother June Recchia. She is survived by: her father John Recchia; her children, Rene Stewart (Wayne Rupp) and Jeremy Welsher (Kelly); and her brothers, Stephen Recchia (Sue), John Recchia (Janine) and Joseph Recchia (Diane). She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to Golisano Children's Hospital.
