She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Garton and Frieda "Mundy" Garton. She is survived by: her husband David; her daughter Lynn Seager; her grandsons, Justin Richardson and Christopher Hillstead; and her niece Valerie Connor. She is also survived by great grandchildren; extended family and friends.

Expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of a donation to the Pines of Peace Comfort Care Home in Ontario, NY.
