She was predeceased by: her parents, John Brennen and Elsie Brennen (Ingersoll); her brother Richard Brennan (Trilby); and her children, Matthew Pelsue and Deborah Pelsue.

She is survived by: her spouse Ivor S. Pelsue; her sons, Douglas S. Pelsue (Grace) of Syracuse and T. J. Pelsue (Audra) of Syracuse; her siblings, Jack Brennan (Kip) and Judy Brennan; her grandchildren, Nicole Fox (Rob), Brittany Pelsue (Diamond), Taylor Sterling (Ricky) and Matthew Pelsue; and her great grandchildren, Caleb, Liam, Maisie and Rayla.

In her continued quest to help others Jinnie has donated her body to SUNY Upstate Medical University for medical research and training.
