He was predeceased by: his father Francis Orcutt. He is survived by: his wife Judith Murphy Orcutt; his daughter Tina Winn (Christopher); his granddaughters, Bailey and Megan Winn; and his cousin Sue Martineau.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Syracuse Reformed Presbyterian Church or Parkinson's Foundation.
