It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Smith of Onondaga Hill, New York, born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on November 29, 2022, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Odebralski and Maryann Odebralski; and her siblings, Bill Odebralski (Helen), Jim Odebralski, John Odebralski (Marion), Ann McCarthy (Thomas), Mary Restitute, Jean Bolognese (Valentine), Dorothy Kremblas, Theresa Maruszewski (Leonard), Maryann Zielinski (Melvin) and Angeline Glosek (Edward).
She is survived by: her son Dennis Rodgers of Syracuse; her grandchildren, Katie (Bill) of Syracuse, Dennis Jr. of Albany and James of Miami Beach; her great grandchild Ceili Kuryla; and her daughter-in-law Kathleen (Micki Calabria). She is also survived by 20 nieces and nephews.
