He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry August and Mary Schebaum (Grant); his sons, Will (Hannah) and Matt; his grandson Wren; his wife Martha (Hanna); his grandchildren, Ijaeda and Tully; his sister Lauren; his siblings-in-law, Dean Gallant and Patricia (Jeff Bennett); his niece Danielle; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kamren and Derrek; and his siblings-in-law, Michelle (Danny Steiner) and Michael.

In lieu of flowers, his family encourages donations to the Delaware Valley Humane Society (dvhsny.org) and the Innocence Project (innocenceproject.org).
