He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Decker and Theresa Decker (Bailey); his siblings, David Decker Sr. and Lorraine Koerner; and his siblings-in-law, Phil Koerner and Patty Miller-Decker.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Rickard; his children, William D. Decker, Jr. (Amy) of Oneonta, NY, Bradley Decker (Kelly) of Springfield Center, NY and Amanda Decker "Mandy" (Shawn Hemmes) of East Worcester, NY; his grandchildren, Kyrah, Destiny, Corbin, Shellyann, Xavior, Camden, Airyanna, Skyla and Eli; his siblings, George Decker (Linda), Ted Decker and Julie Dawes (Tom); and his sister-in-law Cynthia Decker. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
