He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Clapper and Serena Miller Clapper (Martin); his wife Daurice; his daughter Marilyn Baker; his siblings, Donald, Alfred, Douglas, Burton, Richard, Greta and Evelyn; and his sons-in-law, Bill Brandow and Robert Brady.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas Miller (Sherry) of Oneonta, Kathy Brady of Schenevus and Stephen Miller (Lisa) of Oneonta; his son-in-law Douglas Baker Sr. of Lakeland Fl; his grandchildren, Karin Miller, Brett Miller, Jaclyn, Scott Brandow, Abigail Miller, Allison Miller Douglas Baker Jr., Missy Baker, Jason Baker, Minnie Webster and Many; and his brother Daniel Miller. He is also survived by Many great-grandchildren; and great-great- grandchildren.
