He was predeceased by: his brothers, Tom H. and Wayne E Sargent. He is survived by: his sisters, Susan Cower (Sargent) of Frederick, MD and Linda Phillips (Sargent) of Maryland, NY; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Sargent, Cheryl Sargent and Ray Cower. He is also survived by many loving cousins, nephews, a niece and many caring friends.
