We are sad to announce that on November 17, 2023, at the age of 79, Rebecca Gillette-Myers of Oneonta, New York, born in Stamford, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Griffin A. Brooks and Frances G. Brooks (McClelland); and her former husband Richard Wayne Gillette. She is survived by: her daughter Becky; her son-in-law Richard Warren Myers; her husband Richard Myers; her children, Kimberly A. (Dean Marble), Griffin W. (Dawn Gillette) and Brian L. (Susan Gillette); her grandchildren, Karlyn (David Mellor), Caitlin Marble, Kinsey, Brandon Gillette, Kendall and Peyton Gillette; her stepchildren, Todd Myers, Carey (Vicky Myers) and Jennifer (Nicklaus Thomas); her grandchildren, Kayla (Eric Chen), Mathew (Anne Myers), Daniel, Timothy, Benjamin, Clara, Luke Myers and Emily Thomas; her great grandchildren, Caden, Liam, Noah Mellor and Myles Naughton; and her siblings, Phyllis O'Sullivan (late Steve O'Sullivan), John Brooks (Joan) and Sharon Dawson (Wally). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
