We are sad to announce that on May 18, 2018, at the age of 59, Patricia Chase (Oneonta, New York), born in Brooklyn, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Halligan and Marian Halligan; and her brother Michael Halligan. She is survived by: her husband John Chase; her children, Alex Chase and Niki Chase; her sister Karin Halligan; her nephew Connor Shaw (Hilary); her niece Taylor Tice (Wes); her daughter Isabella; her aunt Andrea Maher; her parent-in-law William Chase; her siblings-in-law, Vicki Clermont (Wayne) and Chris Chase (Hiroko); her nephews, Dylan Chase and Andy Chase; and also Alexandra Chase.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to the Heart of the Catskills Humane Society in Delhi, NY.
